We are submitting this application for a Certificate of Non-Applicability for our
plan to have a new roof put on the house. A large number of shingles were
blown off during the last windy weekend, and we have been told that the
overall shingled roof is in poor repair.
The current roof color is a medium green. We have been told that it is no
longer available, and that there are "architectural" colors available.
Jane Guy has also informed me that a dark charcoal grey roof qualifies for a
certificate of non-applicability. That is the color we expect to use. (We don't
yet have a sample.)
The enclosed picture shows the present green color. This picture is intended
to show the color, not,the current condition. This isn't visible anyway, as the
missing shingles are all from the upper roof.
