Dear Mr. Brown.
In June of this year you were cited for operating a business from that address in
violation of the Salem Zoning Ordinance. In a telephone conversation I was told that
you cease and desist this practice.
Section 3.2.6 of the ordinance specifically forbids storage of commercial vehicles on
residentially zoned property.
Yesterday I observed several pieces of equipment including a dump truck, trailer and
bobcat which lead me to believe that you are still operating a business from that
address in violation of the Salem Zoning Ordinance.
Section 3.2.6 of the ordinance specifically forbids storage of commercial vehicles on
residentially zoned property.
You are herby ordered to immediately cease and desist storing any commercial
vehicles at 7 Riverbank Road. I have enclosed a violation ticket in the amount of
$50 for this violation and will continue to issue tickets until the violation ceases.
Failure to comply will result in further actions being brought against you, up
to and including the filing of complaints at District Court.
Your appeal of this order is the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals
