You have been told in the past that this is not an allowed use. You wrote a letter to Mr. Munroe, the former Building Inspector and assured him that should you ever decide to rent the third unit you would apply for all proper permits, this has not happened. Therefore, you are hereby ordered to Cease and Desist rental of the third unit and to contact this office within five (5) days of receipt of this notice.
