Dear Mr. Thompson:
I has once again been brought to the attention of this office that you
are using the third floor at the above referenced property as a third
rental apartment. You have been told in the past that this is not an
allowed use. You wrote a letter to Mr. Munroe, the former Building
Inspector and assured him that should you ever decide to rent the third
unit you would apply for all proper permits, this has not happened.
Therefore, you are hereby ordered to Cease and Desist rental of the
third unit and to contact this office within five (5) days of receipt of
this notice. Failure to comply will result in this office taking the
appropriate legal action.

Per my conversation with Mr. Martineau of your department and Mr.
Robert E. Blenkham and Ms. Virginia Moustakis of the Health
DepaFtment,_I-lain submitting this letter agreeing that the third floor
at 38 Raymond Road
used soley for storage. In the event I plan to
use the`tFiixd`floor`I will apply to the Building Department prior to
any occupancy of the 3rd level.
I appreciate your longstanding cooperation and trust this resolves
the issue to your satisfaction.
Please call me regarding any specific questions. I would also
appreciate a short letter confirming the above is acceptable to you.
