Due to possible encroachment apon property line with an overhang on
existing plans for gRavenna Av�l have decided to move the proposed
house 5 feet to the right (as looking at the lot from the street). This move
will know allow me 10 feet on the right , and 15 feet on the left to the
property line. The overhang shown on the existing plans will now be
within 10 feet of the property line. Apon installation of the foundation,
this will be shown with a certified plot plan.
