However, the deed to said property did make reference to a"permanent and perpetual easement"which allows the City to maintain a chain link fence. The land contains a pump house enclosed within the chain link fence. No construction on the lot can interfere with the City's access to and operation of the pump house. I have made no determination as to whether this is a "buildable" lot.
