Dear Mr. St. Pierre:
A title search of the above referenced registered land revealed that there are no
restrictions shown in the certificate of title which would prohibit the owner(s) of 30
Ravenna Avenue from building on the land. However, the deed to said property did
make reference to a"permanent and perpetual easement"which allows the City to
maintain a chain link fence. The land contains a pump house enclosed within the chain
link fence. No construction on the lot can interfere with the City's access to and
operation of the pump house. I have made no determination as to whether this is a
"buildable" lot. As the zoning enforcement officer, you will determine if any proposed
building for said property is in compliance with the City's zoning ordinance.
