I have reviewed your request for a waiver of curbing and sidewalks for 1-.
Ravenna Avenue. Additionally, I have discussed the waiver with Ward 4 Councillor
Leonar ('Leary.
In accordance with Chapter 26, Section 105 of the Salem Code of Ordinances, I
hereby grant your request for a waiver of curbing and sidewalks based on the following:
1. No curbing or sidewalks presently exist in the area.
2. Drainage will not be adversely affected.

I feel I must act in the best interest of the City of Salem and
Jermyn Realty Trust and advise you that I am this date revoking
your permit number 130 which was issued March 18, 1985, until such
time as this matter has been resolved.
I must insist that, unless a speedy solution is reached, that
to protect the public safety and welfare, you fill the existing
excavation within seven (7) days of your receipt of this notice.
