On occasion a guest will stay overnight but there are only three occupants of this property. If you require an inspection feel free to contact the tenants. This is the second false complaint. I feel that these unfounded charges, if continued, constitute harassment. This is unacceptable per the City of Salem Zoning Ordinance, which allows only three ( 3 ) unrelated persons per dwelling unit . It seemed that you had resolved the problem in March, so we are ordering you to resolve the ongoing violations at once.
