The information provided you regarding the occupancy of the above
referenced property is incorrect. The current tenants in this property are
Craig Donahue , Keith Magnarelli and Don Tracchia , a total of three
persons. On occasion a guest will stay overnight but there are only three
occupants of this property. If you require an inspection feel free to
contact the tenants. This is the second false complaint. I feel that these
unfounded charges, if continued, constitute harassment.

On October 2 , 1996 this office received another
complaint alleging that the property was being shared by
five ( 5 ) unrelated people in one dwelling unit . This is
unacceptable per the City of Salem Zoning Ordinance, which
allows only three ( 3 ) unrelated persons per dwelling unit .
It seemed that you had resolved the problem in March,
so we are ordering you to resolve the ongoing violations
at once.
Please contact this office upon receipt of this
letter to let us know of what course of action you will be
taking in this matter .
