Dear Mr. & Mrs. Fisher;
The above listed property has been found to be in violation of the following State Codes
and/or City Ordinances:
Per the City Electrical Inspector— Uncovered electrical boxes in basement,
missing breaker/blank cover in third floor panel, clips holding electric riser
loose or missing, no electric inspection or tag on furnace(after oil to gas
conversion), lack of marked smoke alarm circuit, lack of working smoke alarm
system, no house meter for common areas, damaged outside light fixture.
Per 780 CMR Section 103,failure to maintain property, holes in siding, exposed
patches where windows have been removed, debris in basement including gas
bottles and gas cans, large hole in 1"floor kitchen ceiling, active water leak in
rear hall, water damage and wet rot at the I"floor bathroom addition.
Per 780 CMR Section 118, lack of permitting regarding 3 gas hot water heaters
and gas conversion for furnace, lack of permitting regarding replacement
windows, illegal basement apartment.
Said violations must be corrected, repaired, and/or brought into compliance within 30
days of your receipt of this notice. Failure to do so may result in further actions being
brought against you, up to and including the filing of complaints at District Court.
