The complaint was investigated and your property was found to be in violation of an unsafe structure; second floor exterior front deck guard rail is in disrepair and a danger to the tenants and the public. Said violations must be corrected, repaired, and/or brought into compliance within thirty seven (7) days of your receipt of this notice. Please contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter and apply for all required permits prior to commencement of correction work. Failure to do so may result in further actions being brought against you, up to and including fines and the filing of complaints at District Court. If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your Appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
