To Wham It May Concern;
This is to inform you that on the 23`d of August 2006, an inspection of this
property was conducted by the combined elements of Health, Vire, and Building
Departments. It was determined at this time that the level of construction that was being
done had created enough of a danger that tenancy within this property was deemed
unacceptable until the fire separation had repaired. Ms. Moore voluntarily assumed the
expense of relocation of these tenants to suitable quarters for the duration of these repairs.
I can attest to the fact that Ms. Moore went above and beyond to provide for these tenants
during this period. She secured the property, provided replacement quarters, and secured
the needed contractors to tum this situation around in the period of about one week. She
drove her help to finish this project and return her tenants to their homes in time for the
start of the school year.
I can also attest to the fact that Ms. Moore gained the respect of all our
inspectional service people by her positive and proactive approach to this problem. Her
tenants have now been returned to their apartments that have been substantially
improved, with updated kitchens and baths. If you have further questions regarding this
issue please feel free to call me at (978) 745 —9595, ext. 386.
