Please except my apology for misinterpreting the
files at this office and alleging of the illegal units at
35-37 Prince Street .
After speaking with Mr . McQuire and doing a follow up
inspection and research of the property I find it to
clearly be a four ( 4 ) unit structure , two ( 2 ) units at
38-40 Palmer Street and two ( 2 ) units at 35-37 Prince St .
Hopefully this has not caused you to much
inconvience , if so once again I apologize .

It has come to the attention of this office that you
are illegally renting two ( 2 ) units at 38-40 Palmer Street
which you have listed as 35-37 Prince Street illegal
addresses .
Our files indicate two ( 2 ) legal units being located
at 38-40 Palmer Street and ( 0 ) legal units at 35-37 Prince
Street .
You must vacate said illegal units at once , or file
an application to the City of Salem Board of Appeals to
try in legalize said unit .
Please notify this department within fifteen ( 15 )
days upon receipt of this letter , to inform us as to what
course of action you will take to rectify these
violations . Failure to do so will result in legal action
being taken against you .
