Enclosed is a copy of the Homeowner License exemption form signed by
John Bordonaro regarding the permit for 26 Prescott Street . Our records
indicate that John Bordonaro (homeowner) is responsible for all work per-
formed under this building permit .
During our inspection we noticed certain building code violations
and are aware that they are in the process of being corrected. We sympathize
with you concerning your sub-contractor quitting before completion of the
work, however it is not within our juridict.ion. It would appear to be a
civil matter.
