Kernwood Country Club Gentlemen: This letter accompanies site plans and .the application of Kernwood Country Club to perform certain improvements in and adjacent to ponds on the client property, the areas being northerly of the intersection of Kernwood, Liberty Hill and Sargent Streets and on their golf course. The application, under Section II-D, requires a list of permits re- )L quired by the applicant, and to our knowledge these are a Special Permit Wetlands and Flood Hazard Districts, and permit from the Salem Conserva- tion Commission under the Wetlands Protection Act, Mass. G.L.C. 131 a 40. I believe that this letter properly answers the only information in . Section II of the application applicable. The site plan is covered in Section II-A. Wherc no building of structures requiring a leaching area are involved, Section II-B is not applicable, nor is Section II-C applicable.
