Due to a complaint received through the Neighborhood Improvement
Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of the above mentioned property
and found the following violations:
1. Clean debris from sidewalk located on Clifton Street.
2. Clean all brush and overgrowth on side of Plymouth Street.
Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of
this letter as to your course of action to rectify these violations . Failure
to do so will result in legal action being taken against you.

Dear Mr. Tremblay:
In response to your inspection of reported property violations:
"Re: Clean debris from sidewalk located on Clifton Street."
The unpaved sidewalk fronting my property on Clifton Avenue has been
cleared of all vegetation and the rock debris has been bagged and is
awaiting removal. The earth has been lowered to the level of the street
beyond the curb line and a clear walkway made between my property line
and the curb line. Removal of the bagged rock debris is expected to be
accomplished before October 1 . (Some large blocks of cement have not
been bagged, but they will also be removed by October 1 .)
Re: "Clean all brush and overgrowth on side of Plymouth St."
All brush and overgrowth has been bagged in lawn waste bags. These bags
will be removed at the next city lawn waste removal date.
I look forward to your reinspection. Please notify me of any further
action which needs to be taken.
