Dear Mr. Banko,
This office has received numerous complaints of your parking a piece of
heavy equipment at the above referenced property, which puts you in violation
of the City of $alem Zoning Ordinance. Section IX, para B violations .
Violations of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall constitute a mis-
demeanor. Any person who violates this ordinance shall upon conviction there
fore, be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($ 100.00) per violation, and
in addition shall pay all costs and expenses involved in the case, each day
5 such violations continues shall be considered a separate offense.
To correct this violation you have seventy two hours (72) from receipt of
this notice to remove the pieces of heavy equipment parked in your front yard.
