I sent a letter back in January of 2000 regarding 7 Plymouth Street being used as a rooming house and we received no reply. We currently have an affidavit from a tenant at 7 Plymouth Street confirming the fact that he is renting an individual room. Ms. Sygowski, has been running a rooming house at least on her half of the building for a number of years. We also have a receipt bearing what appears to be your signature dated 11/3/04. You are directed to cease and desist renting rooms at 7-9 Plymouth Street. You are also directed to supply this Department with a list of current tenants. Furthermore, 9 Plymouth Street is not be rented or occupied until all code problems are corrected and a Certificate of Inspection is received from both the Health Department and the Fire Department.
