The Board based their decision on the following: • It is the opinion of the Board that the original ZBA denial,which was by a vote of two(2) in favor,two(2)opposed was not a consensus to deem a denial. • Two changes had occurred within the time frame allowed under Chapter 40A, Section 16 which were an increase to the rear parking to allow for 5 spaces and the installation of a fence with a newly created a back yard area.
