The Salem Planning Board voted on December 2, 2004 to endorse "Approval Under Subdivision
Control Law Not Required" on the following described plan:
1. Applicant: Osborne Hills Realty Trust, P.O. Box 780, Lynnfield, MA 01940
2. Location: These parcels are located at 103 Marlborough Road, assessors map 9, parcel 1
and map 9, parcel 8.
3. Project Description: This Form A subdivides the existing lot 3 into two new lots 3A and
Q. The form A also divides the existing Lot 1 into two new non-buildable lots, B1 and
B2. Parcel Q is to be combined with Parcel B2 to form a new lot of 26,724 square feet
with a lot width of 114 feet. Parcel B1 is to be combined with the adjacent land of
Patricia Britton.
