The project includes the renovation of an existing structure,of.. approximately 12,797 square feet in size for use as a branch bank, commercial space;and%a community room. The bank facility will include the construction of a drive-up banking facility consisting of two lanes. In addition,the plan shows the construction of seven(7)parking spaces, a portion of the harbor walkway, and associated open space and landscaping. The Public Hearing was continued to December 5,2002,December 19, 2002,January 9,2003, and closed on January 16, 2003. At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board held on January 9,2003 the Board voted by a vote of six in favor(Power, Sullivan, Cullen,Durand, Collins,Puleo),and none opposed,with three members absent(Lombardini,Weiner,Moustakis) to approve the application as complying with the requirements of Site Plan Review, subject to the following conditions: 1.
