I was told I could reach you between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. today, but when I called as instructed I was told you were out for the day. Mr. Frank has decided to remove the structure at 22 Planters Street for which you indicated that he needed a building permit, and not to seek Board of Appeal approval for it. Therefore, I am asking that you cancel your application for a complaint against him, scheduled to be heard at 11:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 14, 1994, and allow him 45 days to remove the structure.
