Dear Neil:
Attached is a draft Request for Proposals for the Police Headquarters which
we would like to proceed with. It will allow us to complete an analysis of both the
structural rehabilitation needs and functional design needs of the Station. I hope
and expect that it can be completed, with assistance from my office, for less than
$10,000.
With this analysis, we can then initiate a major renovation project to provide
the City with a first-class police facility.
If you need any additional information, or would like to discuss the matter in
more detail, please call me.
Thank you for your cooperation.
