The proposed specific and material changes shown to the Board included a decrease in the number of proposed residential units from six to five units, the removal of a 15 x 98 foot driveway on the easterly side of the premises, an increase to the proposed driveway on Hersey Street from 15 feet wide and 20 feet long to 32 feet wide and 20 feet long, and a decrease of building lot coverage from approximately 20 %to approximately 18%. On June 6, 2002, the Planning Board voted by a vote of seven (7) in favor(Power, Puleo, Moustakis, Collins, Sullivan, Cullen, Lombardini) and one (1) opposed(Weiner) to accept the specific and material change and refer the application back to the Board of Appeal for reconsideration.
