Conformance with Plan Work shall conform to plan entitled "Subdivision Plan, Crowdis Street" dated August 31, 1988, revised January 26, 1989 and April 13, 1989. 2. Utilities Utility installation shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. 3. Sidewalks/Planting Strip A five foot sidewalk and a three foot planting strip shall be constructed along frontage of lot. 4. Granite Curbing 6 inch vertical granite curbing shall be installed along frontage of lot. 5. Board of Health Board of Health requirements set forth in a letter dated June 27, 1988, shall be strictly adhered to. 6. Clerk of the Works A Clerk of the Works shall be provided at the expense of the developer as is deemed necessary by the City Planner. 7. Construction Practices All construction shall be carried out in accordance with the following conditions: a. No work shall commence before 7:00 a.m. on weekdays and 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays. No work shall continue beyond 5:00 p.m. There shall be no work conducted on Sundays or holidays. Inside work of a quiet nature may be permitted at other times. i - b. All reasonable action shall be taken to minimize the negative effects of construction on abutters. Advance notice shall be provided to all abutters in writing at least 72 hours prior to commencement of construction. c. Drilling and blasting and hoe ramming shall be limited to Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. There shall be no drilling or blasting on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. d.All construction vehicles shall be cleaned prior to leaving the site so that they do not leave dirt and/or debris on roadways as they leave the site. e. All construction shall be carried out in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Planning Board. 8. As-Built Plans As-built plans, stamped by a Registered Professional Engineer or Land Surveyor, shall be submitted to the Planning Department and Engineering Department prior to issuance of Certificates of Occupancy. 9. Violations Violations of any conditions shall result in revocation of this permit by the Planning Board. This endorsement shall not take effect until a copy of this decision bearing the certification of the City Clerk that twenty (20) days have elapsed and no appeal has been filed, or that if such appeal has been filed, and it has been dismissed or denied, is recorded in the Essex County Registry of Deeds and is indexed in the grantor index under the name of the owner of record or is recorded an noted on the owner's Certificate of Title. The fee for recording or registering shall be paid by the owner or applicant.
