Dear Mr. Girard:
Due to a complaint received through the Neighborhood Improvement
Committee hot line, I conducted an inspection of the above mentioned property
and found the following:
The retaining wall at the front of your property is in an unsafe
condition and must be removed or repaired immediately.
Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of
this letter as to your course of action to rectify these violations. Failure
to do so will result in legal action being taken against you.

Dear Mr. Tremblay:
In answer to your letter of 09/09/95 and our telephone
conversation of 09/18/95 regarding the retaining wall located in
the front of the property located at 20 Pingree St.
The wall is between one to two feet below the sidewalk level,
which should alleviate the possibility of the wall falling over .
The jagged edge on the wall is going to repaired. I am dealing
with a contractor on the problem now.
Hoping this will answer the questions raised in your letter, I
