I did an inspection at your property on March 21, 2000 at the request of your tenant Mr.
D'Avila. I observed the decks pulling away from the building a little and further
inspection sites that they should be lag bolted back into the brick structure to elevate
further pulling away or shearing.
Please contact this office as soon as possible to rectify this matter.

YOUR ATTENTION IS HEREBY DIRECTED to the provisions of
Chapter 2, Article XV et.seq. of the Municipal Code of the
City of Salem, Massachusetts, on file in the office of the
City Clerk on the first floor of City Hall.
Pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter 2, Article XV,
you are hereby notified that a certain unsightly condition
exists on premises specifically described at the facade

01970, which injures neighboring property and the public
health, safety, and welfare. You are therefore notified
at once, and in any event within thirty (30) days from the
date of this notice, to keep said property free therefrom.
In the event you fail to complete such work within the
