The Salem Planning Board voted on June 6, 2002 to endorse"Approval Under Subdivision
Control Law Not Required" on the following described plan:

2. Location: Approximately 14,300 square feet of land containing a two-family residence
and a two story, eight-unit residential structure. These structures are located at 135, 137,
