LANDSCAPING a. Trees shall be a minimum of 3 1/2" caliper, planted 30 feet on center . b. A new planting strip shall be installed to replace the existing overgrown planting strip. C. Maintenance of landscape vegetation shall be the responsibility of the developer , his successors or assigns. 7 . STREET LIGHTING Street lighting shall be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer . 8 . CONSTRUCTION PRACTICES All construction shall be carried out in accordance with the following conditions : a. No work shall commence before 8 : 00 a.m. on weekda r , and saturdays .
