The Salem Planning Board voted on September 2, 2004 to endorse "Approval Under Sult7 division
Control Law Not Required" on the following described plan:
1. Applicant: John A. Stueve and Patricia A. Stueve, 30 Abom Street, Salem, MA 01970
2. Location: These parcels are located at 30 Aborn Street and 92 Abom Street, assessors
map 16, parcel 51. The parcel is located partially in Salem and partially in Peabody.
3. Project Description: This Form A subdivides the existing lot into two new lots 1 and 2.
Lot 1 has a total area of 3,016 square feet with the existing 24.80 feet of frontage along
Abom Street. Lot 2 has a total area of 3,311 square feet with no frontage along Abom
Street.
The subdivision of the parcel requires a variance for minimum lot size from the Salem
Zoning Board of Appeals.
