At a^regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board on July 5, 1984, the Board voted, by a vote of six in favor, none opposed, to approve the application as complying with the requirements for the issuance of the permit with the following conditions: 1. The developer shall address, in writing, their compliance with Section VII, Part P,4, a--h of the Salem Zoning Ordinance. This document shall be submitted to the Planning Board and shall be approved prior to the issuance of a building permit. Z. All conditions required by the Conservation Commission shall be strictly adhered to. 3. Work shall conform to plan entitled, "Tedesco Pond.Place" prepared by Hancock Survey Associates, dated April 13, 1984, which was submitted to the Planning Board on July 5, 1984. 4. This order does not grant any property rights or any exclusive privileges; it does not authorize any injury to private/public property or any invasion of public/private rights.
