on man 35 of the Citv of Salem Assessors man .
This lot has the legal grandfathered clause, per City
of Salem Zoning Ordinance to enable a two family dwelling
unit to be built on said site .
This has been confirmed through Massachusetts General
Law, Chapter 40A, Section 6 , by the City of Salem
Solicitor Robert LeDoux .
