This department has received a complaint alleging the construction of bedrooms on the
third floor of your property. The complaint alleges that no smoke detectors are present
and that a potential life safety conditions exists.
Under the authority of State Building Code 780 CMR, Section 103 an inspection is
required. Please contact this office upon receipt of this letter to arrange an inspection.
Failure to respond will result in a complaint being filed in Salem District Court.
