At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Salazi Planning Board held
on April 17, 1986 it was voted to endorse "Approval Under Sub-
division Control Law Not Required" on the following described plan:

2. Location and Description
The property consists of two pre-existing undersized lots each with .
a dwelling onGl5 and,117-Pickman.Road public way. The owner desires to convey a
portion of 117 Pickman Road (Lot IA on the plan) which contains an existing
garage to the owners of 115 Pickman Road (Lot 2 on the plan) because the garage
is used by them. Lot 1A would be merged with Lot 2 to form one lot. A Special
Permit was obtained from the-Salem Zoning Board of Appeals for this new division
. .because both lots are pre-existing, non-conforming as to frontage, area and ,
side-line setbacks under the present Zoning Ordinance. No appeal has been taken from
the grant of the Special Permit.
