Dear Mr. & Mrs Cappuccio,
Due to complaints received at this office, a site visit was made to
the above referenced property. Upon inspection it was noted that a deck
type structure was erected at the rear of the building.
Please be advised that you are in violation of the Mass State
Building Code, Section 113. ( no permit on record ) . Please contact
this office within seven days of receipt of this letter.
Failure to do so shall constitute further legal action.
