Release Notification and Immediate Response Actions under the MCP

In accordance with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) at 310 CMR Ramboll

in addition to the requirement to conduct Immediate Response Actions (IRA) in T +1 978 449 0300
accordance with the MCP to address a potential Critical Exposure Pathway F +1 978 449 0301

associated with the potential for vapor intrusion into a residential structure.
This notification is provided due to a release of OHM as defined at 310 CMR
40.0313(4)(f)(2).
On behalf of Gerren LLC, and in accordance with 310 CMR 40.0371, Ramboll US
Corporation (Ramboll) orally notified the Massachusetts Department of
Environmental Protection (MassDEP) on April 15, 2017 at 2:48 PM. A copy of
the Release Notification Form (RNF) will be sent to your attention once
submitted to the MassDEP and will also be able to be obtained on the MassDEP
searchable sites website:

MassDEP, Northeast Region Service Center, 2058 Lowell Street, Wilmington,
MA or by telephone: 978.694.3200.
The IRA will consist of at least one round of indoor air sampling in the adjacent
residential structure located at SOR Foster Street to determine of volatile
organic compounds from the Site have impacted indoor air quality in the
residence, which is considered to be a Critical Exposure Pathway (CEP) under
the MCP. I spoke with the homeowner on April 17, 2018 to arrange for indoor
air sampling on April 23-24, 2018. Official notification (Notice of Environmental
Sampling, BWSC-123) was submitted to the homeowner on April 23, 2018.

CMR 40.1403(9).
