Solution Statement (PSS) is being submitted to the Massachusetts Department
of Environmental Protection's (MassDEP's) Northeast Regional Office (NERO)for T +1 978 449 0300
the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) Disposal Site identified under F +1 978 449 0301

Release Tracking Number(RTN) 3-34886 at the location referenced above. This
notification is being made in accordance with the public notification
requirements set forth in the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) (310 CMR
40.1403(3)(c)).
Based on the results of several environmental investigations completed at the
location, and excavation of environmentally impacted soil for offsite disposal, it
has been determined that a condition of no significant risk has been achieved
at the site in accordance with the MCP. A copy of the Permanent Solution
Statement can be obtained on the MassDEP searchable sites website using the
