On behalf of Gerren LLC,and in accordance with 310 CMR 40.1403(3)(d), Ramboll
Ramboll US Corporation (Ramboll) is notifying you that a Release Abatement 3 Carlisle Road,Suite 210
Measure(RAM) is being implemented at the location referenced above. The Westford,MA 01886 USA
RAM is being implemented in accordance with a RAM Plan that was previously T +1 978 449 0300
prepared for Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) F +1 978 449 0301
Release Tracking Number(RTN) 3-34886 and submitted to the MassDEP. The www.ramboll.com
documents are available for public review at the MassDEP's office located in
Wilmington, MA and are accessible for on-line viewing and downloading at:
http://public.dep.state.maus/SearchableSites/Search.asp
The purpose of the RAM is to excavate contaminated soil for offsite disposal
associated with the former auto garage. The Massachusetts Contingency Plan
(MCP) requires that the Chief Municipal and Health Officers in the city or town
in which a site is located be notified of the implementation of a RAM. It is
anticipated that RAM activities will be completed by April 5, 2019.
