The proposed Sprint project consisting of three panel antennas(one per sector)at a centerline height of 86.2 feet on the roof of the building is described in the Form 621 that was submitted to this office,received April 24,2014. Three proposed Sprint 2500MHz antennas will be mounted to the existing building on proposed antenna mounts. Three 2500MHz RRH's will be mounted to the existing building below proposed antennas. The MHC is concerned that the addition of the proposed antennas may compromise the appearance of character defining features of this historic building and district. The MHC requests that the project proponent explore the feasibility of installing the proposed antennas at other less visible locations on the building, such as on existing building fabric,painted to match,instead of installing yet another tall visible antenna mount that may negatively affect the historic qualities of the building and district.
