To this date I have not heard from you. I have make several follow up inspections, but was unable to gain entry. On my last follow up inspection, I observed several other code violations : 1 . Front porches first and second floor require new decks and ballasters . Ballasters must meet Building Code re- quirements , porches are in an unsafe condition. 2 . Side entry need ballasters added to meet Building Codes . 3 . Remove grill from side porch. 4 . Missing aluminum strip at soffit area. 5 . Remove or repair chain link fence. Please contact this office within fifteen ( 15 ) days upon receipt of this letter as your course of action to this matter. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. They also informed us that the apartments are without smoke detectors . Please see to it that these problems are resolved within fifteen ( 15 ) days .
