The rear egress door on the second floor was blocked. The reason given for the blocking of this door was to hold the door shut as there is no lock. 2. The second egress on the ground level had no rails on the exterior stairs and the stairs are in need of immediate repair. 3. The side egress on the third floor is blocked at the landing by an appliance and is impeding the doorway. 4. The second floor deck is in a serious state of disrepair and is a hazard to public safety, this must be corrected immediately and the required building permits must be issued. These are all serious code violations and must be corrected immediately.
