Dear Property Owner
This letter is to notify you that today I observed 3 men working on your property (cutting
and re-pointing brick masonry) in an extremely unsafe manner and they were instructed
by me and a Health Officer from OSHA not to resume work until they could do so in a
safe manner.
It was clear to me that these men did not have the equipment or the experience to work on
your building in a safe manner.
As building owner you are responsible for hiring competent and insured workmen for
work done on your building

permit #541-95. As of this date we have not received a
call for an inspection of work having been completed. If
work pertaining to permit #541-95 has been completed,
please call for a final inspection. If work is still
ongoing please notify us of such, so we can continue to
monitor the work.
If this office does not hear from you within fifteen
( 15 ) days , your permit will be revoked and work will not
be certified per State Building Code .
