A list of violations that must be attended to immediately are as follows: 1. Bathroom ceiling in apartment #1 has fallen. (Caused from water leak) Leaking pipe must be repaired and ceiling replaced immediately. 2. Water is dripping down into basement over electrical wires and must stopped immediately. 3. Fire alarm panel is in trouble mode. Must be re-set immediately. 4. Smoke detectors and emergency lighting must be repaired at once to work properly. 5. Light to illuminate corridors must be fixed. 6. Lights to basement must be fixed. (Need flashlight to enter) 7. Basement must be cleaned of all debris (Fire hazard) . 8. Apartments #3,5, and 7 need window sills to be replaced. (Existing windows in deplorable condition) . 9. Front and side porches must be repaired and made safe. Debris on porches must be removed. Locks on doors to porches must be removed.
