RE: 56 Peabody Street
Dear Mr. Phung:
On Monday, September 20, 1999, I conducted an inspection of the outside of your condo
unit.
The structure you have build around your deck violated City of Salem Zoning Laws and
fire regulations.
Please, remove this structure within thirty (30) days. Failure to do so will result in legal
action being filed in Salem District Court.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.

CITY OF Sty -VA,
Mr. Powers,
Concerning our meeting of May 18, 1979: It was decided that
you will call Mr. Gonyea.
In your discussion with him, I would appreciate it if you would
convey my wishes that he (1) stop dumping in the area and (2)
clean up the debris because the area has become a breeding ground
for rats and a health hazard. Also, the area in question may be
a wetlands area and dumping may create an additional hazard.
I will contact you in two weeks to discuss this matter further.
Thank you for your help.
