Dear Sir:
I am writing to you in regards to the retaining wall located behind
our building at 18 Peabody Street, Salem. This retaining wall is begin-
ning to lean towards our building, and has, in fact, had several cement
blocks fall from it. These blocks have dropped to the ground which is
approximately 8 - 10 feet below it.
Please contact the wall's owners to solve this problem before some-
one is seriously injured.

Dear Livermore:
This office conducted an inspection of the above mentioned property
and the following violations were noticed:
1. Electrical water heaters that are located in back hallway must
be removed and relocated.
2. Debris must be removed from stairs and hallways, to maintain
proper means of egress.
Please contact this office upon receipt of this letter as to your intent
to rectify these violations. Failure to do so will result in legal action
being taken.
