Salem City Ordinance 24-21 prohibits the storage of an unregistered and uninspected vehicle for more than 15 days. Additionally, Salem Zoning Ordinance prohibits parking in the front yard setback of your property. You are directed to either register and have inspected the vehicle or to remove it by December 20th. You are also directed to cease parking on the front lawn. Failure to address these violations will result in Municipal code tickets and further enforcement actions. Proposed building locations shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Department. 11 . Sidewalks shall be constructed on both sides of proposed Parlee Street Extension as follows: a. Sloped granite curbing is an acceptable alternative to vertical curbing b. Sidewalks shall be 5' in width; planting strip shall be 5' in width 12. Sloped granite curbing shall be installed from the end of the existing pavement at Applicant' s property line on both sides of Parlee St. (roughly opposite Station 1+00 on above-referenced plan) to properly delineate the roadway. y 13. The terminus of the existing Parlee St. layout shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning Department. 14. Adequacy of drainage shall be reviewed by the Engineering Department. 15. As-built plans, stamped by a Registered Professional Engineer, shall be submitted to the Engineering Department. This approval shall not take effect until a copy of the decision bearing certification of the City Clerk that twenty days have elapsed and no appeal has been filed or that if such appeal has been filed and it has been dismissed or denied, is recorded in the Essex County Registry of Deeds and is indexed in the grantor index under the name of the owner of record or is recorded on the owner's certificate of title.
