To date, I am currently in the process of bringing the items in question up to code. I was previously directed to cease renting rooms. My prior tenants, Tony Lopes (and his son, who he moved into the house without permission), was brought to housing court on 2/25/15 and agreed to vacate the premises on February 27, 2015. I am enclosing a copy of the court document and pictures of the empty room. (See attached.) Another roommate, Roberto Barbereno, previously vacated the premised 12/31/14. This leaves me with one roommate. I have purchased and installed electric plate covers as requested in item 3 of your report. (see pictures). My contractor is now in the process of renovating the kitchen. Part of this renovation will include replacing the kitchen floor, which was item 6 of your report. Once the kitchen is complete, item 4, the hole in the hallway wall outside the bedroom(s) will be patched (and pointed). Also, the living room will be addressed for renovations and item 7, the molding/trim work, and item 9, the baseboard covers will all be installed. S .
