Dear Mr. Venuti,
This Department is again receiving complaints regarding the garages at your property. The garages, as we have
pointed out before, are only to be used as ancillary storage associated with the primary building. They are
,again,being used as car repair locations which they are neither zoned for or anywhere near code compliant
structures.
You are directed to stop leasing these garages except for the allowed use mentioned above. Failure to address
this issue will result in further enforcement actions including Municipal Code tickets. If you have any questions,
