In response to a complaint by the Salem Board of Health this Department
inspected the front porches of the premises located ab 33 Park Street
owned by you on July 6, 1977•
'1rt1'e"'inspection revealed that a seri'dus"rotting condition exist with
the second floor porch, and in addition a large section of rail is
missing.
As this is a serious hazard to the Public safety and welfare you
are ordered to repair or remove this hazard within fifteen (15) days
of receipt of this notice.
Should you fail to comply, legal action will be taken against you
by the City of Salem.

In the event that the contract is abandoned by the Principal, or in the event that the Obligee, under the provisions of
