3. Building in need of masonry pointing.
4. Rear porch deflection indicates settlement or

The rear porches of the house at 76=78 Palmer Street were
examined on May 60.1975 by this department. The condition
of the supporting posts, railing and flooring of these
porches is such that they are not considered safe.
Please remedy this condition at once.
A building permit will be required.
