Miss Frisch stated her plumber, Bob Morin from Peabody, Ma had contacted Dept. Public Works several times because he said the problem was out in the street lines and that he called as late as Saturday P.M. Frank Underwood from Dept. Public Works stated he had no knowledge of any calls placed, but would check.
