Dear Mr . Pena :
On March 20 , 1998 , this department received a
complaint that alleged the rental of rooms in the basement
of 35 Palmer Street . On March 23 , 1998 an Assistant
Building Inspector conducted an inspection of the basement
at 35 Palmer Street with one of yourtenants and reported
back that three rooms had locks on the basement doors that
she could not access , which leads her to believe that they
could possibly be illegal rooms that are being rented out .
Please contact me so we can set up an appointment to
inspect said rooms . Failure to do so could lead to court
action being taken against you .
